The Carlings was the first of 6 projects to be finished by Concert's Arbutus Walk Project. This building is partly built on the former industrial site of Carling O'Keefe brewery. The Carlings are two separate, 4-storey, multi-family buildings. The buildings were designed with an urban, brownstone look. Arbutus Walk is one of the most desirable areas in Kitsilano and the Carlings are two of the top buildings in the area.
